Cave of women is for the ones that are ready to travel into the depths. To honour the stories of oneself & her ancestors. Letting the truth be heard, known & harnessed into medicine.
In a world where women have been suppressed, silenced, killed and turned against each other for thousands of years…
It is time to come back to acknowledge the truth.. grieve & reclaim the awaiting power.
This descent into the cave is not new, it has been mapped out by your ancestors so you may return to the place that is not filtered through a system built to destroy women’s connection to their inherent wisdoms.. it is your birthright.
The women before you likely did not have the tools / guides & resources to take such a journey of remembrance & retrieval. You are likely one of the first in your lineage to take this journey inward.. in a circle of women.
To share this work is a deeply poetic-rich remembering of what it is to be a woman. Remembering the descent as the deepest form of alchemy there is. Invoking the remembering of our ability to spin all back into love.'
We will explore the voice through the ancient language of Proto-celtic, embodiment journeying with dance, poetry, story-telling, ritual crafting & exploration.
Cave of women is intended to be an ongoing journey through the cycles & seasons, but mostly the colder months to honour the inward sacred journey of winter & all of the medicine it encompasses.
The nature of this journey is to support you as you navigate the spiral of life.
cave of women is an open gateway to the womb. the cave holds the labyrinths in which we travel through as women so we may return back to the light renewed, restored & in deep remembering.

FIRST OPENING : INTO THE DARK - Winter solstice - 19th June
The nature of the first journey is to Enter the cave - the sacred dark within.. casting deep prayers & intentions at the mouth of the cave. As we descend, we will explore the unique hidden symbolism, medicine & depth of feminine mysteries that have been left behind by your wise grandmothers. I will be speaking into the way colonialism/patriarchal imprint & damage has effected our right to connect to our innate wisdom & the long separation women have felt to belonging to herself, land, lineage & tradition.. This space welcomes you to descend into the body, out of the intensity of the mind and into the fertile womb of the earth within. Connecting with the belonging that is held in your bones.. Devoting to enter the depths, is to meet oneself vulnerably with true seeing eyes of love. Descending into the body & reclaiming the seat of your power.. spun with ancestral connection, ancient tradition connected to Winter solstice, ritual, chanting, drumming, proto-celtic song & deep sharing in a circle of women.
SECOND OPENING : NAVIGATING THE LABYRINTH WITHIN - 15th July
The nature of the second journey is to support your navigation within the darkness. Navigating the sea of emotions / shadows / felt experiences. To descend is to not only honour the truth of your own story, but the women before you. Before any medicine is harnessed and welcomed into the light, the passages of self must be met. To build discernment & maturation. To journey through your inner darkness sharpens the way you meet life in every direction - it lights the way. Remembering that your feelings, your experiences were never something to change or fix, but to alchemise & to welcome all back to the altar of love. To reveal your true womb eyes.. to be able to discern between what is yours, what is not. To meet the shadows & the hidden & all that has been exiled.. Here we will journey with song & dance in the darkness.. spinning ritual & deep sharings. You will learn pieces around how to locate yourself in the cave’s spiral & how to listen to the true voice that speaks..
THIRD OPENING / CLOSING : INTO THE LIGHT - 15th August
The nature of the third & final journey would be to alchemise what was met within the cave & bring it all into the light.. through dance, chanting, drumming & ancient song. Casting strong prayers for your journey forward.. Remembering that when we descend, we must not remain in a space of descent. It asks for us to alchemise.. to bring the current upwards from the womb & into the heart.. and entire body. To let what is felt below, travel upward into the branches, cell by cell.. into life/light. To breathe life into the wounds of separation within self, sisterhood & lineage.. into embodied medicine, service & clear relating to life and others. Returning to your original truth..
The nature of this 3-part journey is to support you as you navigate the spiral of life.. as we descend & rise again and again.

'For the full three - 3-4 hour monthly in-person journeys I am asking for - $222 - $333 aud (sliding scale dependant where you’re at financially)

There are discounts for First Nations women, mothers & women that are experiencing hardship & that feel they need this space but do not have the money ~ please reach out.
The lineages / traditions that I share are from my bloodlines in the Northern parts of earth. Ireland, Scotland & Sicily.
